My life’s loves

Food is a huge passion in my life. I’m never far from planning for my next dinner party. I love cooking for people and am very much a self confessed feeder!

I’ve cooked all my life. I was an oddity amongst my friends wanting to host dinner parties at 15 years old. Growing up anytime friends parents would go away I would stay at their house and cook for everyone. After many years I now have my own wonderful kitchen which I adore. I relish trying out new recipes and styles of food. I’ve done quite a bit of baking bread but need more practice on my sweet treats. I love spices and have been lucky enough to travel quite widely which is reflected in all the different food I enjoy cooking and eating, especially Asian.

Family is of course very important to me, I’m lucky to have a really great relationship with my parents and I’m hoping that my wonderful new husband and I will be starting our own family sometime soon.

My home is still new to me/us, we moved in just over a year ago and couldn’t be happier with it. We live in a village in Hampshire. It’s the same village I grew up in and I always hoped that one day I would be able to buy my own house here. We’ve got lots of work to do on our garden, neither of us had very much experience but I’m looking forward to learning!
